Pharmacy Credentialing & Enrollment Services

PACCS provides credentialing support for pharmacy providers, including Medicare enrollment, Medicaid enrollment, commercial payer credentialing, and ongoing compliance management.

PACCS is active and proficient in the new PECOS 2.0 system.

We specialize exclusively in the medical billing and clinical services side of provider enrollment. We help independent pharmacies secure contracts and credentials to bill major medical insurance networks (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and Commercial Medical Payers) using CMS-1500 medical claims—not PBM prescription benefits.

  • Clinical Immunization & Vaccine Administration: Enrollment to bill medical insurance for the administration of adult and pediatric vaccines (e.g., Flu (Influenza), Pneumonia (Pneumococcal), Hepatitis, RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus), and Covid-19).

  • Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) & MTM: Credentialing for accredited, pharmacist-led diabetes education programs and intensive Medication Therapy Management services billed through medical benefits.

  • Point-of-Care Testing (POCT): Credentialing for pharmacies to bill medical networks for performing and interpreting rapid diagnostic tests (e.g., Strep, Flu, COVID-19, Cholesterol, and A1c tracking).

  • Telehealth & Remote Patient Monitoring: Payer enrollment for virtual clinical services, digital health consulting, and remote patient monitoring tracking.

  • Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS): Comprehensive Medicare Part B enrollment for pharmacies to dispense and bill for medical equipment (e.g., Blood Glucose Monitors, CPAP supplies, Nebulizers, and Therapeutic Shoes).

  • Chronic Care Management (CCM) & Principal Care Management: Setup and enrollment to bill medical payers for ongoing, monthly clinical care coordination of patients with chronic health conditions.

  • Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) "Incident-To" Billing: Credentialing for clinical pharmacists to bill for evaluation and management (E/M) services "incident-to" a physician partner (e.g., hypertension or anticoagulation management clinics).

What We Do NOT Do (Notice to Inquirers): PACCS does not handle general business consulting, nor do we contract with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) for standard prescription drug dispensing. We strictly handle medical-side clinical credentialing.
